How fast can you come out for appliance repair?
For most of eastern Massachusetts we offer same-day and next-day appointments. Call us and we'll give you the earliest window we have — emergencies like a leaking fridge or no-cool situation get priority.
Do you charge a service call fee?
Yes — a flat diagnostic fee covers the technician coming out and diagnosing the problem, and it's applied toward the cost of the repair if you go ahead with us. You'll always get an upfront price before any work starts. (TODO-VERIFY exact fee and policy in site.json.)
Are you licensed and insured?

What's your warranty on repairs?
